At Swimwear Sales, we want you to love your Brazilian-cut bikinis and high-waist bottoms as much as we do! But we understand that sometimes a bandeau top might not fit just right or that cheeky style might not be your perfect match. That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition – think of it like trying on swimwear in our store (just without the sand between your toes!).
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Bralettes
- Brazilian-cut bottoms
- Cheeky styles
- DD Cup swimwear
These intimate items are final sale to ensure the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers.
How to Return or Exchange
Returning your swimwear is as easy as slipping into our smoothest Brazilian fabrics:
- Request Authorization: Email our Customer Happiness team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you’d like to return/exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Package Your Items: Once approved, securely package your unworn items with original tags in the original packaging if possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake (which we’ll admit is as rare as a last-season bikini in our warehouse!). We recommend using a trackable shipping method – because we know how important it is to keep tabs on your favorite swimwear.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (to ensure it meets our return conditions – no sand, sunscreen stains, or stretched-out fabrics!), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- Original Payment Method: If you paid with Visa, MasterCard, or JCB, refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
Note that shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error), just like we can’t refund the sunshine you enjoyed while trying on your swimwear!
Exchange Process
Want to swap those high-waist bottoms for a different size or try one of our long cover-ups instead? Follow the same return process above and include a note specifying:
- The item you’d like to exchange for
- Your preferred size/color
- Whether you’d like store credit or to pay any difference
We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply for the new item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your detailed swimwear arrived with flaws or wasn’t what you ordered (maybe you got a basic when you wanted a jeweled style?), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right faster than our full coverage styles sell out!
Final Sale Items
Some specially marked items (like our quick-selling one pieces) may be final sale. These will be clearly marked on the product page – just like we clearly mark which bikinis offer the most support!
International Returns
Since we ship globally (except Asia and some remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with returns. We recommend checking your local regulations before shipping back – because dealing with customs should be the only complicated part of your swimwear shopping experience!
