Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) because everyone deserves to feel fabulous on the beach! Here’s what you need to know:

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days – faster than you can say “bandeau top”! You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can count down the days until your swimwear arrives.

International Customers: Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimwear as much as we do! If that Brazilian bikini doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer a different color of our cheeky bottoms, here’s how to make it right:

Return Policy Basics

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Original packaging preferred (but we understand if you couldn’t resist trying it on first!)
Hygiene Note: For everyone’s safety, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Bralettes
  • Brazilian-cut bottoms
  • Cheeky styles
  • DD Cup swimwear
These intimate items are final sale – just like trying on swimwear in a physical store!

4-Step Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our Customer Happiness team at [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and items for return.
  2. Package Your Items: Securely pack your unworn items with tags in original packaging if possible.
  3. Ship It Back: Send to Swimwear Sales Returns, 4862 Musgrave Street, Atlanta, US 30342.
  4. Wait for Processing: We’ll process within 3-5 business days of receiving your package.

Refund Information

After we inspect your return (looking for those original tags and no sunscreen stains!), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Here’s how it works:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Original Payment Method: Visa, MasterCard, or JCB refunds typically appear in 5-7 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake – which is as rare as finding last season’s styles in our warehouse!).

Exchange Process

Want to swap those high-waist bottoms for a different size or try one of our long cover-ups instead? Just follow the return process above and include:

  • The item you’d like to exchange for
  • Your preferred size/color
  • Whether you’d like store credit or to pay any difference

We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply for the new item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your detailed swimwear arrived with flaws or wasn’t what you ordered (maybe you got a basic when you wanted a jeweled style?), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll make it right faster than our full coverage styles sell out!
